I can personally recommend WordPress for Blackberry and for the iPod touch. I am a current user of both.
If you are not using WordPress, I am sure you can find an app for you platform by searching google. If you are using an app to blog on any other platform other than WP, I will be happy for you to be a guest blogger and a write a review.
