Please feel free leave any questions or thoughts in the comment section. I’ll be sure to answer them all. So let get started.
As I mention before WordPress is a very popular platform used for blogging, but it’s not the only one. There’s Blogger, Tumblr, and Posterous to name a few. The wonderful guys over at WordPress gives you two options, you can have a free blog hosted by them (wordpress.com) or you can self-host your own blog (wordpress.org).
For this case study, I have set up a self-hosted blog using the Twenty-Ten WordPress theme. WordPress has their Famous 5-minute install and believe me it’s pretty easy. Most Web Hosting providers have a 1-click install for WordPress, although I recommend installing it via FTP.
