Ask yourself, “Are you afraid of success?”. If your answer is yes, then today’s post is for you. Sometimes we are the one ones standing in our own way. We find everything else to blame our failures on but ourselves. Once we realize this then we can began to heal and move on. This is something I am actively working on. I’m tired of hearing, “This is going to be your year!” and I get so pump and exited. That happiness turns to sadness when it never happens. It like I get so close then something get in my way. So I’ll ask you again…

Dr. Cathy Collautt’s 5 Steps to Get Your Subconscious Mind in alignment with your Conscious Goals
Step 1: recognize what the resistance you are having is and stay humble.
Step 2 : get specific on what you fears are.
Step 3: make a promise to work things out with your subconscious – not to work against it.
Step 4: fed your subconscious mind with positive examples and case studies of people whose lives have improved as a result of getting what you want.
Step 5: solidify and affirm. The more you ingrain your new perspective in your subconscious mind, the most you can capitalize on its power and its resources to facilitate and execute toward your goal on your behalf.
I hope these steps and video help you today. I know it did for me. Yes, even I’m afraid of success, but all I want is to be success and free. It’s time for me to get out of my own way.
