It was one week ago today, I was giving an amazing opportunity to push myself outside of my comfort zone and do something I never I would ever done. It’s not even on my expectation list for myself in 2012 (thanks to the Mad Freelancer for the idea). I was among a group of twelve women who kicked off Women’s history Month with a big bang with the SistaSense Power Circle TeleSummit. Me – a speaker, who would have thought, the last presentation I did was back in college. That was years ago but fast-forward to present day. I was completely nervous and freaking out all the way up to the moment for my session. After a few minutes in my nerves broke and I went on to have a fun and successful session. I’m still amazing that I was apart of group of kick ass successful businesswomen such as LaShanda Henry, Pam Perry, Jai Stone, Ananda Leeke, Katrina Harrell, Tara Pringle Jefferson, Deborah Owens, Richelle Shaw, and Beverly Mahone. By the way, my session was on the importance of blog maintenance and avoiding being hacked.
The next morning, I woke up from a dream, which got me thinking about all of the information I had forgotten to share. So I started writing all of them down and I found a blog post I was work working on as a follow up to this one – Why you should update your WordPress Site or Blog (for self-hosting users)? – when an idea bulb moment happen. Why not just make it an ebook? (one of the items from my expectation for myself in 2012) I have most of the information I would like to share already typed up, just need to make sure I covered all of the important points and finish some technical stuff.
This will be my second ebook (I’m still working an update to the first one), however it will be first paid ebook. Here is the good news for you guys. If you sign up to get my Blogging Toolbox – a monthly eblast full with tips and resources – by the 17th you will get it for FREE. So I know you are working what will this eBook included.
